Terms and Conditions
Although I prefer to use Paypal due to its very good safety record for both buyers and sellers, I will also accept Debit Cards/Credit cards/ Bank transfers/ In Branch deposit and Cheques.

After a transaction has been made, payment for this should be no longer than 3 days. If no payment is received within this time, the sale may be cancelled. If a PayPal e-Cheque is used, I will wait for it to clear before proceeding with any work. This policy is for your safety.

If no instructions are left in the ‘note to seller’ section, or I have not been messaged or emailed. I will assume that there is no extra engraving required, and the product will be sent as listed.

If there are any issues, please leave a contact phone number and/or email address in case I need to get hold of you.

Postage/ Shipping
I primarily use Royal Mail on all orders.. My production times vary from week to week, sometimes even day to day.
If you have an urgent order, please contact me prior to purchasing to check that I can deliver your order in time. After purchase, please check, then check again that all spellings etc. are correct, as this cannot, and will not be changed after.

Custom designs are available. I can also copy your logos, drawings, interests, invites etc.... Setup fees will apply. I do not currently offer engraving from photos.

Please always leave a "need by" date so I can do my best to get to you in plenty of time. Remember, if you do not answer your messages, your product may be delayed. If you do not let me know in the’ note to seller’ section when checking out, when you require your product, I will assume that it is NOT needed in a rush, and could extend the lead time so please leave details.

You are welcome to CONTACT me should you need your product urgently. I do work on a express order system, and added shipping costs for express postage/shipping too.

Once a product has been shipped out to you, I am not responsible for the package.

International shipping sometimes requires Duties and taxes at the port of call. The purchaser is responsible for these costs.
In rare circumstances packages can get held up, or briefly ‘lost’ so please allow for these delays, which are beyond my control.
I do not send packages as recorded/tracked as standard, although this is available for a surcharge.

Please make sure that your PayPal address and your Web order/ Etsy/Ebay/Emailed/Messaged address match up when purchasing. Should these addresses not match up and you have not informed me of which address you would like me to ship to, I will automatically ship to your PayPal address. You can confirm this in the ‘note to buyer’, or in an email to me when purchasing to avoid any confusion.

The package will only be considered LOST after 10 working days of expected arrival date. I will then make arrangements for replacements only. Refunds will not be issued on lost purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges
If a product is not to your liking, and it is not custom made or for a specific person or date etc, you may then return the unused product within 14 days of receipt, for a full remake or refund. The purchaser is responsible for return postage/shipping.

If a mistake has been made by me on the product and it has not been used, you may return it within 14 days. If the said mistake has been made by me, I will then pay for the return shipping. If however the purchaser made the mistake, unfortunately, no refund will be granted. The purchaser is responsible for making sure all extra engraving is correct and spelling is checked. After 14 days, all sales are FINAL regardless of mistakes.

No replacement products will be shipped until I have received the original order from you. Approved replacement pieces will be free of charge unless the original was used or damaged. It also must be in the original packaging that was sent to you.

In the case of glass, if broken during shipping please email me a picture of the damaged item and the damaged box. Although this is a Royal Mail Postage/ shipping issue, I will help anyway logically possible

In the event that a package is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. Please send photographs of the damaged items, packaging and the box.

My work is done by hand and laser. The finish of my work isn’t always flawless (completely smooth) due to the tools and techniques I use. Some products may vary in size/ shape due to suppliers, any big changes I will notify you first.
